CD Projekt Red just announced that they’ll release two massive expansions for The Witcher 3 after launch. There will also be a season pass that grants access to both of them at a discounted price. The game will still ship with sixteen free add-ons but these two expansions will be separate from them.
The expansions, titled Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, will release in October 2015 and early 2016 respectively. Hearts of Stone will contain ten hours of new gameplay and Blood and Wine will be close to 20 hours which adds a new region for players to transverse.
Hearts of Stone will cost $10 and Blood and Wine will cost $20. The season pass will be available for $25. The pass will be available digitally in a bundle for $85 as well. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt launches on May 19, 2015 for Windows and Xbox One.
