After the success of our previous Halo 5: Guardians artwork showcase, we have looked into new ways to promote artists in our community. Over the coming months, we plan to showcase a range of artists, who submit their work to ICXM.
This week, we are showcasing Synnesai, who has created works for the past 4 years. A large majority of her work is digital, covering a range of topics. She has created pieces influenced by games, TV shows, and even web content. While a large majority of her work is fan art, she is beginning to work on more personal projects.
Rooster Teeth’s Red vs Blue web series, uses the Halo games, in the style of a machinima to tell the story of two teams fighting in a canyon. Since its premiere in 2003, the show has evolved, adding new storylines and characters to the universe. Animation has also been incorporated more over the past years, producing a more professional, and engaging experience.
Synnesai has produced many works under series titled ‘Guns for Hire’, which shows adaptations of many characters from the show, in an alternate universe. This is one of her most popular series, and has gained a large amount of popularity online.
Since, she has worked with Rooster Teeth, helping design products and merchandise for the official store.
She has also worked on art inspired by Assassin’s Creed, and Dragon Age:
