Josh Holmes, executive producer for Halo 5: Guardians, has confirmed via Twitter today that all pre-order incentives will be unlockable in-game, by everyone. In previous Halo games, these skins and additions were exclusive to those who pre-purchased that game, however it appears Halo 5: Guardians will change its policy. The code you are given for pre-orders at certain retailers now guarantees you the item at launch, however other players are able to unlock the skins in the future.
@Wangtim3 ALL unlockable content can be earned by everyone. Preorder just guarantees you have it out of box. No need to earn/unlock in game.
