New gameplay footage of Halo 5’s new Warzone mode has appeared on various channels. The gameplay shows us some of the new weapon designs like the new scope on the designated marksman rifle. The requisition system also makes an appearance and you can see it in action. As the match goes on and the better you do, deadlier weapons and vehicles are unlocked. If you have requisition cards in your inventory, like the cards in Titanfall, you can spawn those weapons by using them at the weapon terminals.
Aside from the weapons and requisition system, a new humongous map was also revealed. There are two bases, each with a core that the other team must destroy. Through the actions of players, either by killing the enemy team or by taking down various bosses that spawn in the world, you can contribute. Whoever destroys the enemy core first or reaches 1000 points wins. Warzone seems to combine Titanfall’s AI combatants, Destiny’s strikes and classic Halo PvP into one exhilarating and intense package. We cannot wait to try this mode our for ourselves. It looks amazing!
