Microsoft have announced via Twitter that free trials for Xbox Fitness are now available to all Xbox Live users. The workouts and routines that are usually free to Gold members can be trialed by any Xbox Live member, through the Xbox Fitness application. Workouts that are accessed through microtransactions still require payment to play. It is currently unknown how long this offer will be active.

The Xbox One application is only available for Xbox One, and can be downloaded here. The application is free, however purchases can be made within the app. The game features exercise workouts from a range of professional trainers, many which can be trailed with this deal. The Kinect sensor also presents live feedback by measuring power, form, heart rate and a range of many other statistics to enhance your workout. Additionally this data can also be exported to Microsoft Health, the platform used by the Microsoft Band.
