Blizzard’s most recent Overwatch comic, Reflections, has a wonderful surprise for LGBT fans as Tracer is revealed to have a girlfriend. The comic focuses on Tracer over the holidays and features several other members of the Overwatch team. Emily, who appears to be Tracer’s girlfriend, shares a kiss with her after opening a present from Tracer.
Fans have been asking Blizzard for some time now as to when they could ever expect to see any LGBT characters pop up in the Overwatch universe, so it’s fantastic to see this finally revealed, especially when Tracer is one of the most popular heroes. This representation is incredibly important to a lot of people.
