The release dates for two of the largest Xbox One games this year, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Forza Motorsport 6 have reportedly been leaked. The leak comes via Amazon FR, who accidentally posted listings for the two titles.
The dates that were listed are the following:
These dates have since been reset to their placeholder release dates of December 31st, the last day of the year. You can see screenshots captured by a NeoGAF user, of the earlier listing below.
These dates are extremely likely, as they evenly space out the releases of the three largest Xbox One exclusive titles this year. Halo 5: Guardians is set to release October 26th 2015, and if these dates are legitimate we will see an Xbox One exclusive release each month this fall, until the holidays. The dates that were online are specific, which strongly back them up. They are also on a Friday, which means we could see a delay of three days for a French/European release, which is common for many releases. Halo 5 will not have this delay, which is unusual compared to previous Halo games.
These dates are most likely to be confirmed this Monday, at the Microsoft E3 press conference. We will keep you updated live through the conference on our site.
