According to Nightdive Studios, System Shock Remastered is planned as a console exclusive to Xbox One. The Kickstarter page for the remake recently went live and it has already raised over $182,000 at the time of writing this story.
Although it is only initially planned for Windows and Xbox One, there is always the possibility that it could come to other consoles in the future. Most developers take into account if there is enough demand for their games on other systems. Since System Shock is being Kickstarted, the amount of money raised could be a factor as well. Currently, Nightdive is asking for $900,000 with 29 days to go.
