BioWare just announced the next story add-on for Dragon Age: Inquisition. It will be called The Descent. The developers were teasing a reveal concerning Dwarves for the past few days so the fact that the expansion takes place in the Dwarven-built Deep Roads comes as no surprise. The Dwarves have been driven out of the Deep Roads by the Darkspawn and the Inquisition will be pit against a horde of the creatures. An ancient evil which threatens to destroy the world also lingers in the deep and you must stop it.
The game’s Creative Director, Mike Laidlaw, said that the add-on will be available once you reach Skyhold. The content will launch on August 11 for Windows and Xbox One. EA Access members can purchase it at a discount but it will cost $14.99 for everyone else.
